Emily Gould is an associate attorney at Holtzman Vogel, where she focuses her practice on litigation and appeals in a variety of areas, including constitutional law, election law, campaign finance, and political action committees.

Prior to joining the firm, Emily was an attorney at the Phoenix office of a national law firm, where she practiced construction litigation, commercial litigation, and eminent domain, through writing dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, and arguing dispositive motions and discovery matters. She also represented business owners in contract formation and negotiated contracts for numerous million-dollar construction projects.

Emily also served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Andrew W. Gould at the Arizona Supreme Court, where she assisted in resolving issues of statewide importance in areas including constitutional, civil, criminal, family, and special action matters.
