Erica Leavitt is a senior associate with Holtzman Vogel, focusing her practice on commercial, election law, constitutional law and appellate litigation.  She handles all stages of the appellate process, including drafting briefs and oral arguments. 

Prior to joining the firm, Erica was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Andrew Gould at the Arizona Court of Appeals.
