Merrill Weber is an associate at Holtzman Vogel and focuses her practice on political and election law compliance.

Merrill advises nonprofit, corporate, and political entities on FEC, IRS, state, and local electoral regulations.  She ensures client compliance with relevant federal statutes including FARA, LDA, HLOGA, and TCPA.  Additionally, she manages federal, state, and local lobbying, campaign, PAC, and corporate filing obligations.
