Michael Beato is an associate in Holtzman Vogel’s litigation practice, where he focuses on constitutional law, redistricting, and election-related matters, and general civil litigation. He represents state agencies, municipal governments, and private businesses in state and federal trial and appellate courts.

Most recently, Michael served as the general counsel of the official opposition to the most expensive ballot-initiative campaign in U.S. history.

Before joining the firm, Michael clerked for Judge Barbara Lagoa of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Judge Paul C. Huck of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
