Michael Beato is an associate in Holtzman Vogel’s litigation practice, where he focuses his practice on constitutional law, redistricting, and election-related matters.
Before joining the firm, Michael clerked for Judge Barbara Lagoa of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Judge Paul C. Huck of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Michael earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.S. in economics from the University of Florida. While in law school, Michael served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Florida Law Review and as a member of the Florida Moot Court Team. While in undergrad, he was a Bob Graham Center Civic Scholar and an article editor for the Sayfie Review.
Michael is a member of The Florida Bar and of the Federalist Society.
