Ed Wenger Achieves Prestigious Florida Bar Board Certification for Specialist in Appellate Practice
After a rigorous application and examination process, The Florida Bar has recognized Ed Wenger as a Board-Certified Specialist in Appellate Practice. Board Certification is limited to those few Florida-licensed lawyers with specialized knowledge, skills, and proficiency, as well as a reputation for professionalism and ethics in Appellate Practice.
To be considered for such a prestigious recognition, each candidate must satisfy the following criteria:
- Practice of law for at least five years;
- Substantial involvement in the specialty of Appellate Practice;
- Handling of at least 25 appellate actions and five appellate oral arguments during the last five years;
- Peer review; and,
- Passage of a written examination
