Florida Attorneys Present at the Florida Chamber’s 36th Annual Environmental Permitting Summer School
Florida attorneys, Kent Safriet, Gary Hunter, Jr. and Robert Volpe will be speaking at the Florida Chamber’s Annual Environmental Permitting Summer School. For the past 35 years, this week-long event has featured more than 1000 attorneys, consultants, engineers, state and local government officials, developers, landowners and many others who unite annually to discuss current environmental issues in Florida. This year’s conference will be held July 19-22 in Marco Island, Florida. Holtzman Vogel is a Bronze Sponsor.
Kent Safriet will be speaking and moderating two sessions discussing the most up-to-date developments in Florida’s property rights. Robert Volpe is speaking on strategic planning and permitting for developments and Gary Hunter will be discussing comprehensive planning, growth management and “rights of nature.”
