Holtzman Vogel Delivers Legal Victory in Tight Loudoun County Vote Margin
Holtzman Vogel attorneys, led by partner William McGinley, delivered a victory for Republican Bob Anderson over Democrat Buta Biberaj in the provisional vote count by a margin of 300 votes after Biberaj spent $1.1M to Anderson’s $70,000.
Biberaj brought national attention to Loudoun County when the Soros funded Commonwealth Attorney ceased to prosecute violent crime and was at the center of crime and school-related rape controversies that changed politics in the Commonwealth.
“Holtzman Vogel is proud of Bob Anderson and his incredible effort," said Jill Holtzman Vogel, Managing Partner and Founder of Holtzman Vogel. "I am personally proud of our exceptional legal team and their victory. I am also deeply moved by how personal this is for so many. My brother’s best friend since childhood, Mike Fadely, was murdered and his murderer, like countless others, goes free because Biberaj refused to prosecute. Loudoun is a safer place today and Anderson is a hero.”
Going into a competitive presidential year, Holtzman Vogel proved through their immense knowledge of the canvas and recount process and their years of experience winning competitive races, they are the premier firm in Republican politics to ensure conservative victories in 2024.
