Holtzman Vogel Grows Land Use and Environmental Law Practices in Florida with Addition of Patrice Boyes

Holtzman Vogel, a nationally recognized law firm specializing in political law, regulatory law and litigation, is pleased to announce the addition of Patrice Boyes as Partner based in Florida. Boyes’ expertise in land use and environmental law will augment the firm’s already premier teams in those practice areas.

"Patrice's expertise in land use and environmental law is extraordinary and will benefit our real estate industry clients throughout the state of Florida," stated Gary Hunter, Managing Partner of Holtzman Vogel’s Tallahassee office. "We have worked alongside Patrice for many years and are excited to have her join our team."

Boyes has an extensive background in conceptualizing and securing paths for approval on complex real estate projects. She represents property owners, institutional clients, business owners and local governments in state courts and administrative hearings regarding land use and environmental matters, develops strategic solutions to complex permitting and economic development matters, and litigates property rights. In her environmental practice, Boyes assists clients with environmental due diligence and redevelopment, renewable energy, mining operations and dairy industry compliance.

Boyes also serves as a Special Magistrate under the Florida Land Use and Environmental Dispute Resolution Act.

Boyes earned her J.D. from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, her M.A. from University of Michigan, and her B.A. from Dickinson College.
