Holtzman Vogel Launches Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup Incubator Program to Empower Innovators
Two Startups to Be Selected for Exclusive Program, Gaining Access to Strategic Legal Support and Resources
Building on the success of its recently established Artificial Intelligence (AI) practice group, nationally recognized law firm Holtzman Vogel has announced the launch of its AI Startup Incubator Program. Through this program, Holtzman Vogel’s AI Practice Group will offer pro bono legal services to two selected AI startups over the course of a three-month cohort, helping them navigate the complex legal and regulatory issues that often challenge young tech companies.
This program aims to empower AI innovators by providing essential legal guidance at no cost, allowing founders to focus on building and scaling their companies. For each startup selected, Holtzman Vogel will offer up to 10 hours of legal services per month for three months, covering areas such as:
- Business formation and structure
- Drafting and reviewing customer contracts
- Guidance on AI regulatory compliance
- Partnership agreements and early-stage legal documentation
