Holtzman Vogel Receives Favorable Decision from the Arizona Supreme Court Involving Tipped Workers Protection Act
Holtzman Vogel received a favorable decision from the Arizona Supreme Court, on behalf of the Arizona Restaurant Association, effectively blocking efforts by Raise the Wage AZ to remove Senate Concurrent Resolution 1040 from appearing on the November General Election Ballot.
Known as the Tipped Workers Protection Act, the proposed constitutional amendment would ensure that tipped workers will receive at least the current minimum wage. It will appear on the ballot under the name Proposition 138.
The Holtzman Vogel team included Andy Gould and Brennan Bowen.
