Lawsuit to boot Vroman from Montgomery County race tossed

A New York State Supreme Court Judge, Recevva Slezak, on Monday tossed out a lawsuit from Democratic Country Executive, Robert Putell, to effectively bump his GOP opponent out of the race for his position over a technicality.
The Canajoharie Supervisor, Peter Vroman, and his bid for Montgomery County executive was preserved.
Joe Burns represented Mr. Vroman.
