Penn Professor's Fight for Free Speech Heads to Federal Court

On January 16, 2025, we filed a First Amendment lawsuit in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on behalf of tenured University of Pennsylvania professor, Amy Wax, who is suing Penn for discrimination and arguing that Penn cracks down on speech unevenly depending on Racial Prejudice.
