Holtzman Vogel is excited to announce the launch of its AI Startup Incubator Program, an innovative initiative designed to provide essential legal support to promising AI startups. Through this program, Holtzman Vogel’s AI Practice Group will offer pro bono legal services to two selected AI startups over the course of a three-month cohort, helping them navigate the complex legal and regulatory landscapes that often challenge young tech companies. Applications for this program open on December 16, 2024  and will be accepted until January 31, 2025, with selections made on a rolling basis.

Program Concept

The AI Startup Incubator Program aims to empower AI innovators by providing essential legal guidance at no cost, allowing these founders to focus on building and scaling their companies. For each startup selected, Holtzman Vogel will offer up to 10 hours of legal services per month for three months, covering areas such as:

  • Business formation and structure
  • Drafting and reviewing customer contracts
  • Guidance on AI regulatory compliance
  • Partnership agreements and early-stage legal documentation

All services are tailored to the unique needs of AI startups, with an emphasis on helping them establish strong foundations for sustainable growth. If startups exceed the allotted time, they will have the option to continue with our services at regular rates, ensuring flexibility and scalability as their legal needs evolve.
